UF4001 Overview


Phase diode rectifier is reasonable to reverse the voltage to 50V.This device's average rectified current is zero volts.In addition to its primary function, this electronic or electrical device generates no heat.A forward current of 1A is allowed.As for rectifiers current rating, rectifier is 1A, which is the maximum current a fuse can carry wrectifierhout too much degradation.A thermal resistance value is how much a material or object resists a heat flow at a given temperature difference, and its natural thermal resistance is 60 °C/W.Surge currents are limited to 30A.A 17pF value can be delivered based on the capacitance.The datasheets show a peak reverse of 10?A, as shown in the data chart.
