The NCP6922CBMTTXG integrated circuit is part of the ON Semiconductor mini power management IC family (PMIC). It is optimized to supply battery-powered portable application sub?systems such as camera function, and microprocessors. This NCP6922CBMTTXG integrates 2 high efficiency 800 mA Step?down DC?to?DC converters with DVS (Dynamic Voltage Scale) and 2 low dropouts (LDO) voltage regulators in a 4x4 mm WQFN package.
