NB6L295MNTXG Overview


The package is designed to be as cost-effective as possible by utilizing Tape & Reel (TR). With the 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, additional insulating hardware in applications is no longer necessary. Providing reliable performance is made possible by the supply voltage of 2.375V~3.6V. As a mounting method, the technique Surface Mount is used. In addition, it is equipped with -45°C~85°C operating temperature. There are 512 taps and steps configured for it. In a wide range of applications, parts with the same base part number NB6L295 are universally preferred. QUAD is the position of the terminals. As part of its unique configuration, it is equipped with 24 terminations. In order to operate, a voltage supply of 2.5V is provided. A state-of-the-art ECL technology is used in its development. This category provides all the benefits of the subcategory Delay Lines. Using a maximum supply voltage of 3.6V is acceptable for it to operate. A Surface Mount mounting is used. Pins on the 24 axis are arranged in this design. It is an active component of the 6L family.
