FSBB20CH120D Description


The FSBB20CH120D is a cutting-edge Motion SPM® 3 module that offers an inverter output stage for AC induction, BLDC, and PMSM motors that is fully featured and high performing. In order to reduce EMI and losses, these modules incorporate optimized gate drives for the integrated IGBTs. They also include several on-module protection features, such as under-voltage lockouts, over-current shutdown, drive IC thermal monitoring, and failure reporting. The built-in, high-speed HVIC converts the incoming logic-level gate inputs into the high-voltage, high-current drive signals necessary to appropriately run the module's internal IGBTs while only requiring a single supply voltage. For each phase, separate negative IGBT terminals are offered to accommodate the broadest range of control algorithms.
