CNY17-3-300E Description

A photo-transistor and light emitting diode are optically connected in the CNY17. It comes in a 6-pin DIP format and is also offered with lead bend SMD and wide-lead spacing options. Over 70 V is the collector-emitter voltage. At an input current of 10 mA, the minimum CTR is 40% and the response time, tr, is typically 5 s.
