The 2N6348AG TRIAC is a three-lead, TO-220 standard package, 500-BLKBX thyristor manufactured by ON Semiconductor. It is a bidirectional, three-terminal, silicon-controlled rectifier (SCR) designed for use in AC power control applications. It is capable of controlling AC power in both directions and can be used to switch AC loads on and off.

Features of the 2N6348AG TRIAC include a maximum current rating of 8A, a maximum voltage rating of 600V, and a maximum gate trigger current of 5mA. It also has a low gate trigger voltage of 1.5V and a low on-state voltage drop of 1.2V.

Applications of the 2N6348AG TRIAC include AC motor speed control, AC power control, and AC switching. It can also be used in lighting control, temperature control, and other AC power control applications.
